Helping Clients Become More Efficient – Interview With Gabriel Steiner

Before an organisation decides to work with Atfinity and become our client, they first need to get familiar with our vast array of features, to see what the platform can do for their business. Gabriel Steiner has been working with clients at Atfinity for more than two years now, helping organisations get the most out of our platform. We had the pleasure of talking to him about various aspects of why he loves his work at Atfinity.

How would you describe Atfinity to someone who doesn’t know it?

Atfinity is a process automation platform that enables organisations to digitalise onboarding, KYC, KYB, loan originations, and more. Our clients include private banks, neo banks, wealth managers, crypto companies, and fintechs. Our platform is so effective that it appeals to organisations across numerous verticals and jurisdictions. It helps remove a ton of manual work and heavily reduce the risk of human error and potential fines. We facilitate process orchestration, from data collection to document creation.

Atfinity is also characterised by its no-code approach. This means that you don’t need an engineering background, or knowledge of coding, to configure processes. The platform can be used and adapted by anyone. Typically, we provide all clients with configuration training, teaching them to maintain the solution themselves, if so desired. But they don’t need to know code for this, which is a huge relief and a time-saver.

In what other ways does Atfinity help businesses save time?

We enable clients to complete processes like onboarding faster and more efficiently. Automation reduces unnecessary client loops, which means less time lost – from data collection onwards. Our software has its own AI-based rule engine that effectively calculates the most optimal path or order of questions. This enables us to create a customised solution in record time.

Also, another very important aspect our users love is the flexibility and speed of adaptation. With Atfinity, you don’t need the entire rule set ready right away; you’re free to iterate and add/change/remove bits and pieces as you go along. And if there are changes in legislation and other requirements, you can incorporate them in days or even hours.

What do you especially enjoy when talking to companies and explaining Atfinity’s vast array of features?

The companies that are interested in using Atfinity often have very specific problems they need solved: compliance issues, too much manual work, increased risk of human error due to large workloads, sub-par customer satisfaction, overwhelmed personnel and so on. In my experience, every time they see what Atfinity can do, and how effective our platform is – they’re thrilled. And I love seeing that; it’s great when people are genuinely happy about what you can do for them.

That’s probably the part I really enjoy the most; presenting our solution and seeing how pleased future clients are with the way in which we can facilitate their work. After all, Atfinity is about making day-to-day business easier.

How does the communication with clients usually go after they express interest in Atfinity?

After our initial call or meeting, where we try to learn as much as possible about their specific needs, we then move on to creating a prototype, which we can present to show how it solves their specific problem.

Every client is different, so there’s no one-size-fits-all solution in solving their problems. The communication roughly goes as such: 1) Initial meeting, where we learn about the client, 2) Demo meeting, where we present their customised solution and 3) Feedback meeting, where we talk more extensively about the next steps. Obviously, depending on the client, there can be a lot more interactions; usually, if they have very complex processes and additional questions.

Where do you see Atfinity’s place in the future, within the global fintech landscape?

In recent years, we’ve seen fintech become more and more prominent, with various apps and services appearing in the market. Atfinity is right at the forefront of global developments in that regard, but we are not just another solution out there. Our platform is unique in what it can do, and that’s really special. It’s rewarding to be a part of something that’s on the cutting edge, changing the business world for the better.

I think Atfinity has a perfect opportunity to become one of top layers in global fintech and positively impact numerous organisations. First, because it’s AI-based, and AI will continue developing fast and affecting global business. Secondly, because the platform has a unique technology behind it (rule engine with its own rule language) that greatly facilitates process automation. This unique blend is Atfinity’s competitive advantage and something that clients very much appreciate and can benefit from.

What would you say is the most rewarding part of your job in Atfinity?

I’d say it’s the opportunity to work with various organisations and impact them in a positive way. Atfinity is all about helping our clients become more efficient and more productive, which lays the foundation for achieving better results. With us, they can really transform their businesses and achieve much more than before. Having a role to play in that transitional journey of theirs is wonderful.
