Ten New Features You Should Know

For the past six months, our product team has been hard at work in Zürich and Niš, tirelessly crafting and refining the latest Atfinity release. The result is a feature-packed update that promises to elevate your process orchestration workflow automation! In this blog post, we show you ten feature highlights from this release.

Child / Parent Relationship

This feature allows you to configure multi-level structures with ease, whether you’re declaring a company as a child of a person or assigning employees to a company. It’s all about enhancing the organisation of your data. Explicitly describing the child-parent relationships allows you to handle even more complex situations and still have perfectly organised data.

Variables in RuLa

With variables in RuLa, you can now create cleaner and more readable rules by naming individual parts. For example, checking if a person is a politically exposed person (PEP) can now be expressed as a series of variables that all need to be true. For example, the first variable could be is_member_of_a_political_party and the second variable could be has_significant_donations. After you have these filled out, you just have to return is_member_of_a_political_party  or has_significant_donations.

Comment Improvements

Comments have received a significant upgrade, allowing you to mention and notify other users with @mentions, embed images, and format text with a user-friendly GUI editor. Plus, you can edit comments post-submission, adding flexibility to your conversations. This is something we added with the specific idea to simplify and enhance communication within teams.

Case Tags

Whether marking cases as #important or creating custom tags, this feature simplifies the organisation of cases, promoting a more streamlined approach to your case workload. If you have hundreds or thousands of cases, you can now easily distribute your work to different teams: Just use a different tag per team.

Meta Documents

Meta Documents enable you to create specific documents for proof, track document reviews, and address defects with manual corrections, offering transparency and organisation in your document workflow. If you have intricate approval flows and intricate document flows that you want, this feature now gives you a very powerful way to handle them efficiently.

In-App Notifications

Stay updated seamlessly with notifications displayed directly within the Atfinity app. In addition to email notifications, this feature enhances cross-team communication and ensures you’re always in the know of what is happening with your cases.

More Document Upload Options

We have made document upload even more user-friendly than ever. Atfinity users can now easily overwrite outdated documents while still accepting them. This allows for greater efficiency by, saving time and reducing confusion in document management.

Custom Text Assets

Custom Text Assets offer a centralised solution for text management across multiple languages. Create text assets with keys and translations, making them easily accessible in RuLa and ADX for a more efficient global operation. Text assets can also be exported and imported so you can easily let a legal team handle the detailed text for your document.

Proof Previews

Proof Previews bring efficiency to front users by allowing most proof types to be previewed directly within the application. You don’t have to download for preview anymore, which makes validation quicker and more user-friendly.

Assignee Rules

Efficiently assign the right people to the right cases with Assignee Rules, which are based on specific criteria. This practical feature optimises your workflow, ensuring that tasks are distributed efficiently.
